Job Summary-

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team. This role is designed for professionals who are passionate about real estate, confident in client engagement, and have a proven ability to close high-value deals in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Key Responsibilities-

-Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

-Manage residential and commercial property listings

-Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings

-Provide clients with market insights and investment advisory support

-Negotiate and successfully close property transactions

-Manage end-to-end deal coordination and documentation

-Deliver high-quality service to encourage repeat and referral business

Requirements-

-Minimum 6 months-1 year of Dubai real estate experience required

-Proven track record in sales performance and deal closures

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach

-UAE Driving License (preferred)
