Property Consultant – Off-Plan & Secondary Market (Dubai)

Oasis Living Real Estate is looking for ambitious and results-driven Property Consultants to join our expanding sales team in Dubai. If you have a passion for real estate, strong market knowledge, and a proven ability to close deals, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic brokerage.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on off-plan investments, secondary market opportunities, and new project launches
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to successful transaction closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new developments

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (Off-Plan & Secondary Market preferred)
• Valid RERA Card
• UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Fluency in English required
• Additional languages such as Chinese, Hindi, Russian, German, or Spanish are highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
