Property Consultant - Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a competitive salary along with an attractive commission structure based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients
• Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of transactions
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support
• Prepare and manage property listings across platforms
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred (freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
• Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
