We are seeking a knowledgeable Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi Market Specialist to guide clients through the city’s most in‑demand communities, provide accurate market insights, and close high‑value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in Abu Dhabi’s key communities (Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Al Raha Beach, etc.)
• Conduct property tours, community presentations, and investment consultations
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Stay updated on new project launches, developer incentives, and community developments
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally within the Abu Dhabi market
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with local and international clients
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
