Property Consultant (Arabic & English Speaker)

We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the real estate industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to support clients by providing professional real estate consultations.

Fluency in Arabic and English is a mandatory requirement.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional real estate consultations to clients and assist them in making informed buying, selling, or investment decisions.

Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their property needs and offer suitable solutions.

Manage and monitor the portfolio of available properties, arrange viewings, and coordinate between owners and potential buyers.

Analyze client needs and deliver tailored property recommendations based on their goals.

Utilize the CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and update client and property information accurately.

Negotiate and close deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adherence to company standards.

Stay updated on real estate market trends and provide insights to clients accordingly.

Represent the company professionally and build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Full fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Proven experience in the real estate sector (sales, leasing, consulting, or brokerage).

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle different types of clients professionally.

Hands-on experience using CRM systems for client management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
