Property Consultant (Arabic Speaking)

As part of our expansion, we are looking for motivated Arabic-speaking Real Estate Agents to join our team and take their careers to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients through networking, calls, and property viewings.
• Promote and sell both off-plan and secondary market properties across Dubai.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and property values.
• Conduct property listings, viewings, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of listings and clients in CRM systems.
• Achieve quarterly sales & leasing targets.
• Represent Zee Real Estate with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (sales or leasing).
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, RERA laws, and current trends.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to obtain a RERA Broker Card.
