Property Consultant - AUH

Union Square House is one of the UAE’s fastest-growing brokerage firms, known for excellence, integrity, and strong market performance. As we expand in Abu Dhabi, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Consultant to help grow our presence in the capital.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a portfolio of investors, high-net-worth clients, and end-users
• Advise on buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
• Handle off-plan and secondary market transactions end-to-end
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi market trends and regulations
• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of Abu Dhabi real estate brokerage experience (preferred)
• Proven sales track record
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ambitious, self-driven, and client-focused
