Key Responsibilities:
- Find and build strong relationships with Clients
- Manage and update CRM system with client and property details
- Provide expert insights and guidance to clients to make informed property decisions
-Conduct Market Research and Analysis, Prepare Property Presentations and Proposals
-Negotiate and handle objections effectively, Facilitate Smooth Transactions
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Dubai real estate
- Preferred native or advanced proficiency in English, German, Italian, Persian, Chinese
- Proven track record in networking, sales, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills, self-driven, and hardworking
- Presenting yourself well through grooming and clear speech.
