Property consultant-Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai’s geography, real estate market, communities, and property terminology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Provide professional advice on Dubai real estate trends and investment opportunities
• Stay updated with market prices, off-plan projects, and new launches
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Manage property listings and follow-ups professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property market
• Good understanding of property sales and leasing terminology
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• UAE driving license is a plus
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
