Job Description

We are currently hiring Property Consultants who are motivated, driven, and passionate about the Dubai real estate market.
The ideal candidate should be confident, sales-oriented, and able to provide an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads through calls, networking, and marketing sources
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Achieve monthly KPI and sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous real estate experience is preferred
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
