Key Responsibilities

• Advise and assist clients—including buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors—on real estate opportunities across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings, manage negotiations, and oversee complete sales and leasing transactions.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.
• Successful candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (essential for property tours and client meetings).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, RERA regulations, and local property laws.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
