Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on real estate opportunities to buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, support negotiations, and manage the complete sales/leasing process.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure trust and repeat business.
• Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, communities, and pricing.
• Achieve sales targets, meet KPIs, and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service backed by strong market knowledge.

Job Requirements:

1 Year of Sales Experience:

• Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience (any industry) will undergo a 2-month probation period.

2+ Years of Dubai Real Estate Experience (Special Offer):

• Candidates with 2+ years of proven Dubai real estate experience will receive special offers and incentives based on performance.

Other Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for client viewings and property tours.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service mindset and a passion for delivering value to clients.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Dubai’s property laws, communities, and real estate regulations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
