e are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle buyer inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close sales across Dubai’s residential and off-plan market. Full company support, leads, and marketing will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer and investor inquiries
• Promote off-plan and ready properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Sales or real estate experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Presentable and professional
• English required (other languages are a plus)
• UAE driving license is an advantage
