We are seeking a motivated, polished, and results‑driven Property Consultant to represent top communities, guide buyers and investors, and close high‑value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property inquiries and conduct professional, well‑structured viewings
• Promote ready and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities
• Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Deliver tailored property presentations, lifestyle briefings, and investment consultations
• Advise clients on pricing, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
• Negotiate offers and close deals with accuracy, professionalism, and strong market knowledge
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with exceptional customer service and brand alignment

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high‑value client‑facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
