Property Consultant (Multi Lingual)

Lapis Properties LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Job Description:

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of buying. Your extensive industry knowledge and strong communication skills will help build lasting client relationships and close high-value deals.

Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Property Listings: Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay informed on property trends, pricing, and competitive analysis.
• Advisory Services: Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiations: Facilitate property negotiations and ensure favourable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Viewings and Presentations: Arrange and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and review of property-related documentation and contracts.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up processes.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Property Consultant or Adviser in the UAE real estate market.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Language:

• Proficiency in English, Russian and Chinese languages is a plus.
