Property Consultant – Real Estate (UAE Experience Required)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Dubai real estate market, strong sales skills, and the ability to generate and close property deals efficiently.

You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing professional advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients.
• Maintain and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
• Provide clients with market insights and investment advice.
• Prepare and manage property documentation, contracts, and agreements.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with clients.
• Update and manage leads through the company CRM system.
• Achieve individual monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
