Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Property Consultant located in new cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, identifying and showcasing real estate opportunities, and assisting clients throughout the property buying, selling, and rental processes. The role involves maintaining positive client relations, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about market trends and real estate regulations. Daily tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Consulting, with the ability to offer expert real estate advice and tailored client solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and nurture client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Real Estate, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with local market trends and property regulations
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
