Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored real estate solutions.

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend suitable properties.
• Provide accurate information on legal guidelines, property rates, and market availability.
• Conduct property viewings and coordinate with clients to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals in line with client expectations and company standards.
• Perform market and comparative analyses to determine property values and trends.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation, including contracts and closing statements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals.
• Promote listings through advertising, open houses, and digital marketing channels.
• Stay updated on real estate laws, market conditions, and industry best practices.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Location : Oud Metha, Dubai, UAE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
