About the Role

We are expanding our high-performance Sales Team and are looking for experienced Property Consultants / Real Estate Sales professionals to join our success story.

This role is focused on client advisory, relationship management, negotiations, and deal execution within a commission-based sales environment supported by PSI’s professional onboarding, training academy, marketing platform, and lead-generation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Advisory

  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead qualification, client consultation, property presentations, negotiations, and transaction closing
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with investors and end-users
  • Conduct property viewings, meetings, and presentations (in person & virtual)
  • Negotiate commercial terms aligned with company policies and client objectives

Market Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of pricing trends, product availability, and investment indicators
  • Accurately represent PSI’s property portfolio and market positioning to clients

Business Development

  • Generate business via networking, referrals, personal outreach, open houses, events, and digital marketing
  • Follow up on qualified leads provided through PSI’s internal and external lead channels

CRM & Administration

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, interactions, and transactions
  • Support documentation, compliance checks, booking processes, and handovers
  • Collaborate with marketing, administration, and sales leadership teams

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in UAE real estate sales or residential brokerage
  • Fluency in Arabic or at least one European language (French, German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, etc.) preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven mindset with comfort operating in a commission-based income structure
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to CRM follow-up and pipeline management
  • Sound understanding of UAE real estate processes and documentation is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
