Property Consultant - Russian/Germna/Arabic/French/Italian (Abu Dhabi)

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Sales Team and looking for Property Advisors / Off-Plan Consultants to join our high-performing environment. Experienced professionals are encouraged to apply, and fresh candidates with strong potential are also welcome.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closing
• Advise clients on off-plan investment opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Stay updated on market trends and PSI’s off-plan portfolio
• Generate business through networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support documentation and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in UAE real estate sales/brokerage (fresh candidates are welcome)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with comfort in a commission-based structure
• Fluency in Arabic or a European language is an advantage
• Knowledge of UAE real estate processes is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
