Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for identifying client requirements, providing personalized advice, and offering tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales activities, maintaining communication with clients, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on market trends and aligning with client goals to facilitate successful property transactions.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Consulting, providing well-informed and tailored real estate advice to clients
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Customer Service expertise, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the property transaction process
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Solid understanding of the Real Estate market, including trends and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client needs effectively
  • Highly Presentable
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage
