Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Secondary and Off-Plan Sales Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan properties, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to prospective clients
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional advice and market insights
- Negotiate and close sales in line with company policies and targets
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred)
- Open to all nationalities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong sales drive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
