Evermark Properties is seeking ambitious Property Consultant - Secondary Sales to join us.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle secondary sales transactions in Dubai’s most in-demand communities.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and landlords.
  • Generate leads, conduct viewings, and close deals.
  • Negotiate offers and provide expert property advice.
  • Cross-sell opportunities across leasing, sales, and resale properties.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (sales) preferred.
  • Strong communication, client management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must already be based in Dubai.
