Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and onboard property owners for leasing and sales

* Conduct professional negotiations with landlords, tenants, and buyers

* Manage leads, arrange viewings, and follow up until successful closing

* Provide regular updates on activities, progress, and deal status

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission-based only : Many positions, especially for experienced agents, are entirely commission-based, offering high percentages on closed deals to maximize earning potential.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s Real Estate market (Leasing or Sales)

* Valid RERA Card

* Strong command of the English language

* Valid UAE Residency & UAE Driving License

* Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills

* Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management

* A strong network of landlords and investors is a significant advantage
