About the RoleMagus Real Estate is expanding and seeking ambitious and results driven UK Nationals to join our elite team of Property Consultants in Dubai. As a key player in Dubai's thriving real estate market, you will leverage your international perspective and sales acumen to connect high value clients with exceptional investment opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in real estate from lower to higher sales to elevate their career in one of the world's most dynamic property markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate, manage, and convert qualified sales leads - both self sourced and from in house campaigns.
Conduct daily follow ups and maintain activity reports for the marketing and management teams.
Build deep local knowledge of your assigned communities, property launches, and buyer profiles.
Establish strong working relationships with top tier property developers across Dubai.
Guide clients through property options and offer tailored investment advice based on their goals.
Manage end to end negotiations including pricing, payment plans, and closing strategies.
Stay informed about Dubai's evolving real estate laws, regulations, and market shifts.
Collaborate with the marketing team on events, campaigns, and open house initiatives.
Represent Magus Real Estate with integrity, professionalism, and market insight.

RequirementsUK Nationality (due to strategic target market requirements)
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, property sales, or high value client management
