Property Damage Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Damage Coordinator to manage vehicle property damage claims from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload while providing outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage property damage claims from intake through resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding vehicle damage claims.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, body shops, tow yards, rental car companies, and lienholders.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, repairs, and total loss evaluations.
• Obtain and review repair estimates, photographs, police reports, and supporting documentation.
• Assist clients with rental vehicle arrangements and transportation issues.
• Track claim progress and maintain accurate case notes.
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and claim delays.
• Review insurance valuations and escalate concerns when necessary..
• Provide timely updates and exceptional customer service to clients.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
