Property Development Tycoon
The Property Development Tycoon leads high-value real estate projects from land acquisition through planning, construction, sales, and long-term value creation. The role is responsible for identifying development opportunities, securing financing, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered profitably, on time, and in compliance with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire prime land or development opportunities.
- Lead feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.
- Develop project concepts, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies.
- Secure financing from banks, investors, and strategic partners.
- Oversee planning, permitting, design, construction, and project delivery.
- Negotiate with architects, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Manage sales, leasing, and marketing strategies for completed developments.
- Monitor risk, cash flow, compliance, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and qualifications
- Strong experience in real estate development, project management, or property investment.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess market demand, budgets, and development feasibility.
- Knowledge of land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with Qatar’s property market and regulatory environment is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is often preferred.
Pay: QAR180.00 - QAR400.00 per hour
