Property & Facility Manager

Location: Anand
Experience Required: 8–10 years
Language Preference: Gujarati (must be fluent)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, administration, and compliance of a large residential/industrial estate in Anand. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong vendor management, facility management, and administrative skills, and must be fluent in Gujarati for local coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstate & Facility Management

  • Manage overall estate operations including buildings, utilities, landscaping, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, civil, and mechanical systems.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance teams.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance planning.
  • Maintain asset registers and infrastructure records.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage contractors and service providers.
  • Negotiate AMC contracts and service agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Control costs and track budgets for estate operations.

Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and local bodies when required.
  • Maintain licenses, insurance, and compliance documentation.
  • Implement safety and emergency response procedures.

Financial & Reporting

  • Prepare and monitor estate budgets and expense reports.
  • Track utility consumption and optimize costs.
  • Submit monthly MIS reports to management.
  • Maintain inventory and purchase records.

Team Management

  • Supervise estate staff including security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Allocate duties and monitor performance.
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and training of staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Facility Management, Civil, or Electrical preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in estate/facility/property management.
  • Experience managing large premises, factories, townships, or institutional estates.
  • Strong vendor and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of maintenance systems and compliance requirements.
  • Computer skills: MS Excel, reporting, basic documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
