About the Position

The Property Inspector is responsible for visiting properties, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring that all required standards are met across Nestify's portfolio. This role involves capturing photos and videos, completing detailed inspection checklists, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance property value and guest appeal.

This is a field-based, hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and clear, concise reporting to the wider Nestify team.

The Property Inspector plays a key role in maintaining the quality, safety, and compliance standards that underpin the guest experience Nestify is known for.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections in a timely and efficient manner
• Take pictures and videos of the property and document any issues found
• Complete a comprehensive checklist of required items and ensure they are present
• Provide recommendations to Nestify on improvements that could be made to enhance the property's value or appeal
• Report findings to the Nestify team in a clear and concise manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety and legal regulations while conducting inspections

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in property inspection or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various locations as required
• Proficiency with technology, including mobile devices and relevant software applications
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

Working days and Hours

• Saturday to Wednesday
• 12:00PM - 20:00PM UAE time (may change depending on the requirement)
• Location: On-site, Dubai
• Schedule: Full time
