Property Inspector/Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Inspector / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our managed properties are maintained to a high standard and that all maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will be organised, responsive and confident in dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine property inspections (move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections)
  • Identify maintenance issues and prepare detailed inspection reports
  • Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Obtain quotations and ensure works are completed within agreed timelines
  • Monitor contractor performance and quality of work
  • Follow up on outstanding maintenance cases
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Ensure properties comply with company and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or maintenance coordination (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.)
  • Valid UAE driving license
