We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Inspector / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our managed properties are maintained to a high standard and that all maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
The ideal candidate will be organised, responsive and confident in dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property inspections (move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections)
- Identify maintenance issues and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants, landlords and contractors
- Obtain quotations and ensure works are completed within agreed timelines
- Monitor contractor performance and quality of work
- Follow up on outstanding maintenance cases
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Ensure properties comply with company and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or maintenance coordination (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license
