Property Inspector/Operations

Tahoe Rental Company is looking for an individual for our property management company that is a well organized, reliable, and a self starter. Our vacation rental company services privately owned homes in the North Lake Tahoe area. We work with, and offer, high level services to our guests and homeowners.

MUST LIVE IN THE NORTH LAKE TAHOE AREA and have a 4x4

Our staff is passionate and enthusiastic. Our operations team takes great pride in maintaining properties seamlessly and impeccably on all levels. Our energetic and friendly staff works from our Tahoe City office and we are excited to train the right person.

The right person includes someone who is professional and reliable. Someone that is willing to learn, has attention to detail, has a good attitude, and is efficient.

Our team is currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Property Inspector to join our team.

It will be essential that you possess outstanding time management, attention to detail, great communication and must drive a Four Wheel Drive.

To be an effective and ideal candidate you will need:

A positive energetic attitude

Excellent organization and time management

Have communication skills

Be able to Prioritize and multitask

Perform home inspections

Help address and resolve home related issues

Inspect and report damages

Inventory homes

You will be working out of the Tahoe City office as well as completing fieldwork as needed. Some days may require drop and go demands of a busy office. Vacation rental property management is full of many moving parts and each day may be different from the next, which means that there is always something new to learn or review for growth.

4x4 Transportation is required and stable LOCAL living is important.

Starting pay is $25 per hour
