Property Inspector/Representative Needed ASAP – Montgomery, AL

We at Fido are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector/Representative in Montgomery, Alabama ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Pick up keys from the leasing office
• Conduct thorough unit inspections and walkthroughs (checklist provided)
• Check overall cleanliness, condition, and functionality of the unit
• Report findings with clear notes and photos
• Ensure the property is guest-ready
• Conducts light cleaning/Touch up of the property
• Welcomes/Greets guests and guide them to the property/unit/suite
• Provides over all assistance to the guests
• Installation/Return of Internet modems to the property

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions independently
• Experience in property inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality is a plus

Rate:

• $30 per hour
