Summary

The Professional Law Group is hiring an experienced, self-motivated Property Insurance Attorney to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven attorney who is passionate about helping property owners recover fair compensation on their property insurance claims.
Responsibilities

Handle new, underpaid, and denied property insurance claims. - Manage cases from intake through final resolution. – Review policies; investigate damages; prepare and build claims; conduct pre-suit negotiations; and litigate in state and federal courts. - Direct client interaction and advocacy. - Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and execute success strategies.

Requirements

Active license to practice law in Florida. - Minimum 5 years of litigation experience (first-party property insurance strongly preferred). - Experience managing cases independently. - Strong negotiation, litigation, and problem-solving skills. - Highly motivated, client-focused, and results-driven. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
