Liventra Properties L.L.C is expanding its Off-Plan Sales Department and is looking to hire 4 motivated, ambitious, and professional Property Investment Advisors.

If you are passionate about Dubai real estate, confident with investor clients, and driven by high commissions, this is your opportunity to grow with a trusted and performance-focused real estate firm.

About the Role

As an Off-Plan Property Investment Advisor, you will:

• Handle exclusive off-plan project portfolios
• Advise local & international investors on ROI-driven opportunities
• Promote new launches & payment plans from top developers
• Conduct client consultations, site visits & presentations
• Manage leads, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain strong relationships with developers & HNW clients
• Option to build and manage your own sales team

Compensation

• Commission-Based Pay Structure
• High Commission – up to 50%
• Uncapped earning potential
• Optional basic salary for selected candidates
• Fast payouts on successful closings

Eligibility & Requirements

✔ Minimum 6 months UAE real estate experience (Off-Plan preferred)
✔ Valid UAE visa with at least 6 months remaining
✔ Immediate joiners highly encouraged
✔ UAE Driving License (preferred)
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage: Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Persian, Turkish, Urdu/Hindi, etc.)
✔ Knowledge of Dubai developers & off-plan portfolios is a plus
✔ Confident with HNW and investment-focused clients
