Property Investment Advisor/Sales Consultant

About Us:
A reputable real estate firm dealing in residential, commercial, and investment properties. We work with both local international clients.

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Property Investment Advisor to handle property sales, client relations, and negotiations. The ideal candidate must communicate fluently in English and have at least 4 years of real estate experience in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, visits, and online channels.
• Conduct property viewings and advise clients on suitable options.
• Negotiate and close deals between buyers and sellers.
• Maintain property listings and update client records.
• Stay updated on market trends, legal requirements, and pricing.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales in Pakistan.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Pakistan’s property market and documentation.
• Presentable, motivated, and target-oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Only Female candidates can apply.
