The Role
As an Property Investment Broker, you will drive end-to-end advisory: prospecting, qualifying, needs analysis, project presentation, site/launch attendance, offer negotiation, and post-sale client care. You’ll own a personal pipeline while collaborating closely with marketing and leadership to deliver consistent closures in the primary market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for off-plan/primary developments (lead to close).
- Advise clients on community, developer, inventory, payment plans, and yields.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and comparisons.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, forecasts, and weekly activity/closure reporting.
- Coordinate with developers for allocations, pricing updates, and launch events.
- Uphold RERA and company compliance standards in all client interactions.
- Foster long-term relationships through structured after-sales follow-ups and referrals.
What You’ll Bring
- Mandatory experience in closing premium-segment deals with a transaction size starting from $1,000,000 and above.
- Professional experience with a strong background in working with high-end developments and mentioned Emirates in UAE
- 2–5+ years’ UAE real estate (off-plan/primary) experience with proven closures.
- Strong market knowledge (projects, communities, developers, launch cadence).
- Excellent consultative selling, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- High ownership mindset: proactive pipeline building and disciplined follow-through.
- Fluency in professional English, Ukrainian, Arabic, Chinese, and Russian is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license; RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Commission Structure (Transparent)
- Company-Provided Leads: 50% advisor split on successful deals. This structure ensures a sustainable marketing budget and continuous, quality lead flow.

- Other Terms: Advisors already working with us remain on their current terms as a benefit of joining early and helping build the company from the ground up.
