Property laborer

Join our dynamic team as a Property Laborer. You will only be working three days out of the week and play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty, safety, and functionality of our properties. Duties

• Assist with debre around dumpsters on property
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report issues promptly
• Come to work on time at 9am
• Assist with maintaining 40' yd dumpster on property

Qualifications

• work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in outdoor environments
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward property upkeep and safety

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $50.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
