Property Landscape Technician Lead

Job Overview:
Go Time Properties is hiring a dependable Property Landscape Technician Lead to oversee landscaping and exterior grounds care across our managed residential properties.

This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with landscaping experience who can take ownership of property appearance, lead landscape work, and ensure grounds are maintained to professional standards. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clean, well-maintained properties and can lead landscape projects while keeping equipment, systems, and schedules running smoothly.

This is a field-based leadership role for a self-motivated technician who works well independently, communicates clearly, and can take charge of landscaping operations across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Landscape Operations

• Lead landscaping work across assigned residential properties
• Perform lawn care, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and seasonal landscape improvements
• Maintain property appearance standards across all sites
• Identify landscape issues and recommend improvements

Equipment & Maintenance

• Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on landscaping equipment
• Maintain landscape tools, mowers, trimmers, and equipment in safe working condition
• Track equipment issues and coordinate repairs when needed

Property Grounds Care

• Ensure exterior areas remain clean, safe, and well maintained
• Assist with seasonal work such as leaf cleanup, storm cleanup, and winter preparation
• Support winter property care including snow and ice management when required

Leadership & Coordination

• Help coordinate landscape work across properties
• Assist with training or directing team members when needed
• Maintain clear communication with management on landscape needs and priorities

Documentation & Communication

• Take before/after job photos
• Maintain accurate job documentation
• Communicate job progress, supply needs, and unexpected issues

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance
• Ability to lead and take ownership of landscape operations
• Experience operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and property appearance
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional communication and conduct
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by company auto policy
• Comfortable using mobile apps with GPS for job tracking
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and work in outdoor conditions
• Background check completed prior to employment

Work Environment:

• Field-based role across multiple residential properties
• Primarily outdoor work in landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Exposure to seasonal weather conditions depending on work requirements
