Hiring: Leasing Consultant | Abu Dhabi Real Estate

Union House Properties is looking for motivated Leasing Consultants to join our growing Abu Dhabi team.

We are searching for professionals who understand tenant handling, property viewings, negotiation, and fast deal conversion in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle rental inquiries and tenant follow-ups

✔ Conduct property viewings professionally

✔ Match clients with suitable properties

✔ Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants

✔ Coordinate documentation and tenancy processes

✔ Maintain CRM updates and lead tracking

✔ Support leasing targets and occupancy growth

Requirements:

• UAE real estate or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication & client handling skills
• Ability to follow up and close rental deals
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities is a plus
• Fluent English required
• Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• UAE driving license & personal car preferred
