YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As the Property Maintenance Chief, you will start each day by reviewing and prioritizing hotel work orders to make sure every guest has a seamless experience. You will maintain the physical facilities through a structured program of preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance. You will ensure the hotel pool's chemistry and temperature always meet health department standards. Throughout the day, you'll be responsible for the safety and security of the building and grounds, addressing any issues and keeping the landscaping neat and attractive. You will also assist in managing the maintenance budget, making recommendations for spending plans that support our goals.

Here's what you need to become our Property Maintenance Chief:

• Knowledge and experience of physical plant maintenance and physical plant protection
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests, vendors, supervisors, and associates
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
