What You'll Do

As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you'll serve as the communication hub between residents, property owners, vendors, and internal team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating maintenance requests from start to finish
  • Scheduling and communicating with vendors and contractors
  • Tracking work orders and ensuring timely completion
  • Providing updates to residents and property owners
  • Managing maintenance-related documentation and records
  • Prioritizing tasks and solving problems as they arise
  • Supporting team goals through clear communication and follow-through
  • Delivering exceptional customer service during every interaction
