What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

Your work keeps our operation running. Here’s what a typical day looks like:

• Mow, blow, prune, and pick up debris around the shop grounds
• Care for nursery plants — watering, pruning, spacing, weeding, and repotting
• Keep plant stock organized, healthy, and ready for crews and clients
• Monitor and maintain irrigation systems across the nursery and shop
• Organize tools, work areas, and supply storage around the shop
• Help landscape crews load and unload trucks and trailers
• Clean trucks and trailers on a weekly basis
• Manage brush piles and debris disposal
• Handle basic property maintenance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

You don’t need a landscaping background — just the basics:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Can lift 50 lbs and handle physical work throughout the day
• Handy with basic tools and willing to learn new equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to use an iPhone and simple apps (timekeeping & job photos)
• English required
