Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds. This role requires a combination of landscaping skills, equipment operation, and general maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing and landscape maintenance to keep grounds neat and attractive.
• Carry out general groundskeeping duties, including leaf removal, trimming, planting, and maintaining flower beds.
• Utilize power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Inspect and maintain equipment used for landscaping and maintenance activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with mowing equipment, power tools, and general maintenance practices is essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for operating company vehicles or equipment.

This position will be applied both at customers homes and on location of our business.
