Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our facilities. Duties
- Lead and supervise maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, schedules, and asset histories.
- Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, electrical networks—including high voltage and low voltage systems—and mechanical equipment.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs swiftly.
- Manage industrial maintenance activities across manufacturing or facility environments, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate projects involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and other automation systems to optimize facility operations.
- Conduct inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to assess electrical conditions; ensure all work adheres to safety protocols.
- Supervise contractors and external vendors during maintenance or repair projects, ensuring quality standards are met on time and within scope.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and compliance documentation; utilize CMMS for effective asset management.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in facilities management processes, reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance tasks.
- Extensive electrical experience including working with high voltage (HV) and low voltage systems; ability to read schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and automation controls is highly desirable.
- Experience using CMMS platforms for work order management, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management principles, and safety standards related to electrical work.
- Supervising experience with a focus on leadership development, team coordination, and project oversight.
- Excellent communication skills in English; capable of collaborating effectively across departments.
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams such as schematics; proficient in using testing tools like ohmmeters for diagnostics.
