Property Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Manager who can completely look after the property and manage day-to-day maintenance work. The candidate should have basic working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and should be able to personally handle minor repairs when required, along with supervising external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall upkeep and maintenance of the property
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance work
• Attending and resolving day-to-day repair issues
• Coordinating and supervising electricians, plumbers, and other service vendors
• Preventive maintenance and regular inspections
• Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of all facilities
• Keeping basic records of maintenance work and expenses

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work
• Ability to perform minor repairs independently
• Experience in property / facility / maintenance management preferred
• Responsible, reliable, and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to manage workers and vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Panvel, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
