Job Overview:

Stratham Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This hands-on role involves performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the property to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

· Perform routine and emergency maintenance on property buildings and equipment.

· Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and appliances.

· Complete work orders efficiently and accurately.

· Fabricate and install parts as needed.

· Repair and maintain walls, floors, doors, windows, and roofing.

· Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.

· Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

· Conduct seasonal maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal (if applicable).

· Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

· Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.

· Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.

· Availability for on-call and emergency maintenance as needed.

· Reliable transportation.
