Maintenance Person

Duties:
- Perform routine property maintenance and repairs including grounds maintenance, cleaning, painting, renovation etc. Construction trade training and experience preferred.
-Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
-install parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset
