Property Maintenance Worker

Cheney Real Estate Management is looking for an eager, hard-working individual to help with the grounds maintenance and turnover of our properties.

We are looking for a seasonal full-time employee with the possibility of permanent employment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Interior painting of vacant units
• Exterior painting of buildings
• Landscaping
• Construction labor

No experience is necessary. Driver’s license is required.
