Position SummaryWe are a growing, lean property management company seeking a detail-oriented and accountable professional to help lead our financial operations across a 1,000+ unit portfolio.This role will oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and overall financial organization across multiple properties and entities. The right candidate will work closely with ownership and operations to support performance, improve processes, and help drive scalable growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations-
Manage payables, receivables, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Oversee month-end/year-end close and maintain accurate financial records
PropertyPortfolio Accounting-
Maintain property financials within AppFolio

Track expenses, property performance, loans, and construction draws

Support onboarding of new properties and entities
SystemsOperational Support-
Improve processes, reporting, and financial organization across the company

Support ownership and operations teams with financial visibility and reporting
Ideal Background-
2+ Years of Accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience

Real estate or property management experience preferred

AppFolio and strong Excel proficiency preferred
