The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer support, and maintaining effective communication. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to support our daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between tenants, staff, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating maintenance requests and complaints, collecting and recording rent accurately.
- Process new tenant applications and perform credit / background checks
- Maintain and organize office and tenant files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Liaison with other offices and support facilities such as Section 8, CTI, state and local housing authorities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and preparing documents and any other misc. duties involved with daily office operation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Bookkeeping, Accounting, Expense tracking

- Proficient in clerical duties, including typing speed and accuracy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft suite applications

Schedule:
24-32 Hours / week
**No nights or weekends**
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
